Sue du Randt
Sue du Randt has been involved with Sage Pastel Accounting and Sage Pastel Payroll for the last 25 years. Because of these years for experience, she has foresight into the clients’ needs and the ability to match to needs of the clients to the functionality of the Sage software.
She is a registered Tax Practitioner and is therefore qualified to assist clients on an advanced level when it comes to Management Accounts, Payroll taxes, Easyfile submissions and Vat.
She is outgoing and loves dealing with clients. Her moto is that the clients’ needs always come FIRST.
Sue heads up the HH Partner division and has the support of a strong team of bookkeepers and consultants

Sean Bouw
Sean Bouw joined our team in 2018 and is our Specialized Consultant for the Partner Division. His support skills include troubleshooting, product assistance and data fixing.
He is a Certified Trainer in both Pastel Accounting and Payroll Products and his passion is to pass on his knowledge to all staff and clients.

Louis Uys
Louis Uys is our Pastel Support Technician, who specialises in software Installs, upgrades and troubleshooting errors, with minimal downtime. He works primarily with Sage Pastel and Payroll. He is also our forms designing expert and can create and design custom documents, such as invoices and statements, for all your processing needs in Pastel/Payroll.

Chantal Dowie
Chantal Dowie is part of our Partner Division and specializes in Pastel Sales and Support. This includes sales, renewals, upgrades and registrations as well as telephonic or remote support to all Pastel and Payroll clients. Chantal has built up her base of customers as a result of her great interpersonal and customer service skills. Her attention to detail ensures that sales are processed accurately and timeously while at the same time providing clients with the support required for prompt and efficient problem solving.

Charné Bredell
Charné Bredell is our friendly receptionist that has been with us for the past 4 years. She deals with our Debtors Manager, invoicing, sending out Partner customer statements, training bookings and stationery orders.

Tammy Knoetze
Tammy Knoetze has been part of the HH team since 2009. She is part of our Partner division and focuses on the processing of Clients’ payrolls. She forms part of the team that do the submissions of EMP501 Reconciliations and IRP5`s on an annual and bi-annual basis.
Tammy also deals with any sales related queries and can quote you on all your Sage requirements.
